Products & Services

Our Arranged Packages are completely arranged and wedding-ready, but customization options are limited. Our DIY Packages are not assembled (arrive in loose stem form) and must be arranged by the client. See the full differences here on our DIY vs Arranged Page

We offer a wide variety of flowers and greenery, all of which can be found in our Wholesale Catalog. 

At a glance, flower types include alstroemeria, asiatic lilies, aster, mini calla lilies, carnations, mini carnations, delphinium, gerbera daisies, hydrangea, larkspur, lisianthus, matthiola, micro pompom, oriental lilies, pompon cushion, pompon daisies, pompon novelty, roses (in over 50 colors!), spray roses, garden roses, scabiosas, snapdragons, solomios, spider poms, and sunflowers.

Greenery includes amaranthus, ammis, craspedia, dianthus, dusty miller, eryngium, gypsophelia (baby's breath), eucalyptus (silver dollar, baby blue, and globulus), hypericum, kale, litaris, leather leaf, limonium, parviflora, photina, pittosporum, ruscus, safari sunset, solidago, statice, and veronica.

We also offer over 10 different types of succulents.

No, but you can purchase vases and our Wedding-Ready Kit, which includes shears and other helpful supplies, here.

Yes! We will do everything we can to find replacements for anything that is less than perfect. If we are unable to source replacements, we will provide a refund for any damaged items.

Yes, we just ask that you place all orders for weddings or events at least 30 days in advance.

This depends on what flowers you’re choosing, but you can use this guide to for quick reference on which flowers and plants can be toxic to pets. For additional inquiries, please ask a member of our sales team and be sure to ask to your veterinarian, as well.

This means our flowers are sourced only from farms that are growing and harvesting their flowers in a way that is least impactful to the environment. Being sustainably-sourced means we use less water, less fuel, and have far less waste than our competitors to help ensure we’re protecting our earth for generations to come.

DIY & Arranged Packages

For our Arranged packages, you will need to trim the stems of the arrangements to maximize hydration, and keep them stored in water. The boutonnieres and corsages will need additional trimming when they are ready to be used. The stems are deliberately kept long to allow them to be placed in water without the water touching the petals.

Our DIY packages arrive in loose stems and are not assembled, leaving you with all the creative freedom to arrange your own flowers.

All stems must be stored in water. You will need to remove any leaves, and thorns below the water line. Roses will need guard petals removed. All DIY packages come with detailed Instructions and Care Tips.

Typically, we recommend 1-2 hours for prepping your flowers and 2-3 for arranging the bouquets, centerpieces and boutonnieres, but this will depend on the size of the package and how many people you have to help. Usually, we see that it takes the longest to arrange the first piece but once you finish, you'll have a better understanding of what you'll need to do for the rest of the pieces, and arranging will move along more quickly.

You'll need buckets to store the stems (approximately 50 stems per bucket). We recommend either metal pails or those plastic, 5-gallon buckets you can get from a local hardware store. You'll also need: shears, thorn strippers, floral tape, rubber bands, boutonniere pins, and ribbon. You can purchase one of our Wedding-Ready Kits. which includes all of the above items with exception to rubber bands.

If you're looking to stick to a strict floral budget, our DIY options may be right for you. Typically, our DIY packages can save couples up to 25-30% compared to our arranged packages.

Absolutely! If you'd like to add additional flower types to your order or learn about additional color options, please contact our team and we'll start curating your custom DIY package.

Yes, but we do not recommend it because of the amount of time it would take. It typically takes 2-5 hours to assemble a DIY package with help from 3-4 people, so if you choose to do it solo, please plan your time accordingly.

Not much at all! We walk you through it step by step and the arrangements were thoughtfully designed to be easily recreated.

When we conducted a survey from couples that have chosen our DIY packages, we found that the majority of couples who chose to go the DIY route found that they were actually surprised by how much fun the arranging part could be. Assembling the flowers provides a great opportunity for you to connect with your wedding party and guests in a meaningful way in the moments leading up to your big day.

Order Placement & Delivery

You must place your order at least 30 days in advance of your event. This lead time ensures our team has enough time to communicate your order to the farm, reserve the inventory for your specific arrangements, and include the time needed to cut, prep, pack, and ship your flowers.

At this time, each of our original and luxe wedding packages require a $300 minimum order. 

For each collection, you can customize the number of pieces in your order, keeping in mind the 8-piece minimum, and the color. For Custom Orders, such as choosing an exact color or flower type, please reach out to our sales team.

You can start by browsing our available wedding collections and getting a sense of what you like.

If you already know what you want, or have your colors or theme selected, you can filter the collections by color or contact us. We can also create unique arrangements based upon inspirational images you've collected or a Pinterest board, but please note a custom design may require an additional fee.

Reach out to our sales team directly. Please include any order numbers or reference numbers in your inquiry for a more streamlined process. Due to order lead time, any changes to your order must occur prior to 30 days out from your delivery date or we cannot  guarantee that we can accommodate your request (but we'll certainly try!).

We are so sorry to hear that your wedding has been impacted by Covid-19, and we will definitely work with you! We can downsize your order, hit pause on your order, reschedule your delivery, or provide you with a full refund. We just need a 30-day notice.

Our Micro Wedding Collection can be delivered in as little as 7 days. Arrangements in this collection arrive fully arranged and cannot be customized. We  also offer a plethora of standard bouquets that arrive in loose stem form in as little as 2 days at Bouqs.com.

We recommend scheduling the delivery of DIY packages (loose stems) 3 days in advance. This allows the stems to have plenty of time to open and plenty of time for you to prep and arrange everything. For our Arranged packages, we recommend scheduling the delivery to arrive 2 days before the wedding or event.

After placing an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information, usually around 2-3 days before the delivery date.

We currently only ship to the continental US. Due to restrictions regarding certain flower types, we cannot ship to specific states according to agricultural laws. We cannot ship eucalyptus to Hawaii and we cannot ship our tropical arrangement, Nani, to CA.

Flower Care

No, they just need to be stored in water in a cool place and away from direct sunlight and any fans or vents.

Cared for properly, the flowers will last up to a week.
